All three need to be designed together,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.torbenrick.eu\/blog\/performance-management\/organisational-alignment-is-the-glue\/\" target=\"_blank\">aligned and enabling of each other<\/a>\u00a0to create true organizational transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Strategy, capabilities and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.torbenrick.eu\/blog\/performance-management\/not-paying-attention-to-culture-undermines-performance\/\" target=\"_blank\">culture leadership<\/a>\u00a0is about a series of related choices about \u201cwhere we going to play\u201d, \u201chow are we going to win and differentiate\u201d, \u201cwhat capabilities need to be in place to execute\u201d, \u201cwhat are the cultural imperatives to enable differentiation and execution\u201d?<\/p>\n<p>Anyone can copy your strategy, but no one can copy your culture.<\/p>\n<p>Culture is made from this 5 ingredients: <strong>behaviour<\/strong>, <em>relationships<\/em>, attitudes, <strong>values<\/strong> and <em>environment<\/em>.
